With many years of experience and education of working alongside her father in the cleaning industry, Penny Vadnais founded Recommended Building Maintenance and has brought cleaning services to a whole new level. What began as a one woman business has grown into a full service company with over 125 employees teamed with over 100 companies. As the company continues to grow, Recommended values the importance of maintaining a one on one relationship with each customer.

To provide the best possible service, employees undergo a rigorous training process and receives equipment and chemical specific training. Each member of the team takes ownership in their cleaning and performance. The Supervisor over the facility does a monthly walk through to ensure the customer's needs are being met and that the employee is recognized for their excellence.
All of the management staff has worked in the field and are individually selected based on job performance - with experience comes knowledge, and with knowledge comes pride. Recommended takes pride in our DEDICATED TEAM and works hard to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied!
